He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Oscar and Ambrosia Handwerk (Lovina); his children, Linda Handwerk and Michael Handwerk; his granddaughter Courtney Wilson; and his great grandchild Michael Wilson.
He is survived by: his son Alan Handwerk; his grandchildren, Chris Delaney, Michael Handwerk and Christina Handwerk; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Delaney, Alex Steele and Nora Handwerk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
