Jakielaszek in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, born in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Fox and Alma Fox; her husband Charles Tagg; and her siblings, Ruth and Augustus.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lena, William, Charles and Linda; her children, Charles (Christina), Maryann, John (Jacqueline), Debra (Robert) and Joanne (Joseph); her stepdaughter Terry (Richard); her grandchildren, Jenna, Lily, Tonianne (Sean), Melissa, Cody, Christian, Fawn (Aaron), Jacob, Luke, Jessica (Andrew), Samantha and Alexis; her great grandchildren, Alana, Austin and Zander; and the father of her children Charles Jakielaszek.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of her most favorite places to visit, the Elmwood Park Zoo.
