She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne J. Fowler of Phoenixville, PA; her parents, Carl E. Welsh and Alice M. Welsh (Stauffer); and her brother Carl Welsh. She is survived by: her children, Alice (Robert Bonar) and Wayne J. Fowler, Jr. (LuAnne Fowler); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Matthew), Jeffrey, Ashley (Adam), Benjamin and Emily; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Marceline and Edith; and her brother Garfield (Mary Welsh).
