She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Chalmer Mark and Alma Viola Mark (Anderson); and her siblings, Madeline Strait, Dot Finn, Wanda Querry, Dick Marks, Tom Mark and Jackie Mark.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Richard Shetrom; her son Richard David "Rick" Shetrom (Amy) of Osceola Mills; and her grandsons, Ian Shetrom of Boalsburg and Jesse Shetrom of Strasburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in remembrance of Winifred (Mark) Shetrom may be made to the Huntingdon County Military Share Food program.
