We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2025, at the age of 80, Walter Maines of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Maines and Vida L. Maines Kennedy (Bumbarger); his stepfather Alan Kennedy; his siblings, Beverly Bratton, Alice Harris, Ann Blake, Frederick M. "Fred" Maines, Timothy M. Maines, Sr., William "Bill" Maines, Thomas "Tom" Pike and Daniel "Danny" Maines; and his stepson Edgar Giguere.
He is survived by:, Ann Lester (Bill) of Woonsocket, Mary Riendeau of Connecticut, Lisa Riendeau (Herve) of Florida, Thomas Giguere (Anna) of Pascoag, Alan Giguere (Lori Gorup) of Chester Hill, Eleanor Bloom of Hyde, Violet Dixon of Philipsburg, Willard "Will" Maines (Patty Perks) of Sharon and Ernest Maines, Sr. (Gloria Jessup) of Brockport. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; her 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous other extended family.
