She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolland J. Carbaugh and Valrie S. Carbaugh (Day); and her siblings, Phyllis Altman, Patricia Davies and Richard Carbaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E Creek; her children, Vicki R. Monoski (Michael) of Mill Hall, Cindy Etchison (Bill) of Beulaville, Robert D. Creek of Grassflat, Joseph "Joe" Creek of Clearwater and Christopher E. "Chris" Creek (Abigail); her stepchildren, Linda Bjorkquist (Roger), Kay Shingledecker and Gary Shingledecker (Nancy); her grandchildren, James "Jim" Creek, Shana Slother, Autumn Hannagan (Matt), Adam Slother (Kaylee), Mercy Creek, Liam Creek and Wyatt Creek; and her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Monoski, Dana Keeler, Randy Bjorkquist, Andrea Hauser, Christa Knepp, Betty Lynn Little and James Cunningham. She is also survived by her children and adored her grandchildren.
