He is survived by: his son Michael "Mike" Butterworth (Shelly); his grandchild Marlee Rose Butterworth of Philipsburg; his daughter Tamara "Tammy" Dunkley (Gregory "Pete" Reifer) of Hollidaysburg; his granddaughters, Alexandra "Ally" O'Neil (Christopher) of Bethlehem and Nicole Dunkley of Pittsburgh; and his stepchildren, Aaron Reifer (Megan) of Houtzdale, Heidi Krawczak (Rob) of Houtzdale, Melissa Passmore (Brett) of Houtzdale, Norma Reifer and Altoona. He is also survived by step-great-grandchildren along with numerous other extended family.
