He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Leroy and Florence Jean Verbeck (Vieard); and his grandson Torin Robert Verbeck. He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee "Bird" Verbeck Jr. (Kimberlee) of Philipsburg and Karen Ann "Kari" Licatovich (John) of Dubois; his granddaughters, Kendre Ann Verbeck (Nathan Smeal) of West Decatur and Alyx Ann Licatovich of Dubois; his great grandchild Story Ann Smeal; and his brother Norman L. Verbeck Jr. (Shirley) of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
