He is survived by: his father Albert E. Spencer; his close friend Gladys Wilkinson; his daughter Rachael L. Spencer (Buddy A. Foster, Jr.) of West Decatur; his grandchildren, Liam of West Decatur, Lucas of West Decatur and Layla Foster of West Decatur; his brothers, Michael V. Spencer of Chambersburg and Jason A. Spencer (Amber Sipes) of Milesburg; his nephew Ethan Spencer of Milesburg; and also Linda Mayhew of Clearfield.
