She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward DeGroot and Ruth DeGroot; her husband Dr. Dale Horace Palmer; her siblings, Barbara Lowery and Robert DeGroot; and her son Gregory Dale Palmer.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Allen Palmer, Mark Edward Palmer and Brenda Lea Palmer; her grandchildren, Ian LeCron Palmer, Rory Dale Cram Palmer "The Elder", Mathew Gregory Palmer, Conor McLean Palmer, Rory McLean Palmer "The Younger", Eve Jeanette Leon, Nathaniel Maynard Palmer and Heather Renee; and her great grandchildren, Sayde Elizabeth Palmer, Paige Albin Palmer, Anabel Mae Palmer, Abigail Ivy Accipiter, Phoenix Allen Accipiter, Aiden Zane Leon, Xavi Santana Leon, Emma Aleathea Palmer, Ethan Maynard Palmer, Evan James Hartman, Mya Laura Hartman and Skyler Allen Hartman.
