She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Couturiaux and Ida Couturiaux (Henico); her husband Michael V. Demchak; and her brother Robert E. Couturiaux. She is survived by: her children, Stanley Demchak (Jody) of Black Moshannon, Julia Blazosky (Mark) of Philipsburg and Thomas Demchak (Rhonda) of Glass City; her granddaughters, Noelle Darby (Luke), Sarah Vargo (Chris) and Emily Demchak (Skyler); and her great grandchildren, Tristyn Slogosky and Talya Darby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
