He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen P. Rusnak and Mary A. Rusnak (Yontosh); his wife Chris; and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his son Mark J. Rusnak (Victoria E.); his grandchildren, Steven T. Rusnak (Melanie) of Philipsburg and Briana E. Rusnak; his great grandchildren, Duke A. Rusnak and Kinslee Bair; and his sister-in-law Henrietta "Dutchie" Dipko of Osceola Mills.
