He is survived by: his sons, Plumbing and Heating; his wife Elizabeth M. "Betty" Fetcho (Duke); his children, Barbara Petulla (Joseph), James Yurky (Rebecca) and Brian Yurky (Jason Yurky) of Philipsburg; his stepchildren, Paula Rae Fetcho (Richard Martin) of Philipsburg and Gregory Alan Fetcho (Trudy) of Highland Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Presley Thompson, Sidney Kohute, Jessie Shimmel, Riley Yurky, Shaylee Yurky and Kimberly Nealon; and his sister Anna Patrick (Eugene) of Grassflat.
Memorial contributions may be made in Joe's memory to the charity of the donor's choice in lieu of flowers.
