It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hilderbrand (Philipsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Hilderbrand and Violet Marie Hilderbrand (Quick); his wife Iva Lou Fetter; and his siblings, Dorothy Slother, Mary Chutko, Alice Walker, Verda Tarbay, Jerry Lee Hilderbrand and George E. Hilderbrand.
He is survived by: his children, Hope Marie Reams (Eldon) of Osceola Mills, Rebecca L. Uhrig (Wayne) of Mt. Vernon, OH and John C. Hilderbrand II (Michele) of Mt. Pleasant; his sister Saloma Cartwright (Ron); and his grandchildren, Thomas R. Reams of Casper, WY, Linde Collingwood of Ginter, Gabriel Uhrig of North Royalton, OH, Brynne Pillow of Lexington, OH, Jaclyn TerreBlanche of Glendale, OH, Jessica Adler of Waterloo, NY and John C. Hilderbrand III of Gahanna, OH. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Jack's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
