Bainey, Sr. (Wendy) of Philipsburg, PA; his siblings, Martha Pulcini (Eli) of Osceola Mills, PA and Ronald A. Bainey (Barbara) of Osceola Mills, PA; and his grandchildren, Lori Shoupe, Rusty Botwright, Mandy Brown, Ginger Bainey, Melissa Medlin, James Bainey Jr. and Jaden Bainey. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
