She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodor "Frank" and Kathryn Zazworsky (Hreshko); and her siblings, Michael, Metro, Anthony, Wasco, Anna, Sophie, Mary, Nancy, Catherine, Margaret, Evelyn, Ann and Lillian.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Zazworsky (Linda) of State College and Helen Stewart (William) of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
