Hayward; his children, Deborah Kolbe of Philipsburg, Sandy Albright (Scott) of Osceola Mills, Barbie Blazosky (Phil), Susan Kopchik (Jim Lender) of Morrisdale, William Harris (Debbie) of Osceola Mills, Thomas Harris (Susan) of Philipsburg, Jeffrey Harris (Jean) of Philipsburg, Richard Harris (Sue Ann) of Houtzdale and Kevin Harris (Beth Rimbeck) of Philipsburg; his siblings, Betsy Sutton (Paul) of Cummings, Georgia and Charles Harris of Akron, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Larry Kolbe, Jr. (Stephanie) of Philipsburg, Greg Albright (Kaity) of Philipsburg, Emily Dickson, Kevin of West Decatur, Colton, Jordan Harris of Philipsburg, Nathan, Trevor Harris of Osceola Mills, Sara Harris of New Cumberland, Laura Harris of Houtzdale, Hunter Harris of Philipsburg, Megan, Tyler Blazosky of Dover, Justin Kopchik (Katie) of Philipsburg and Bethany Kopchik of Morrisdale; and his great grandchildren, Zach, Ryan Kolbe, Devin, Maleena Albright and Tallon Dickson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
