He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Edward and Sara Dela Yarger (Davis); and his siblings, Florence, Elverta, Eleanor, Evelyn, Betty, Iva, Wade, Jesse Lee, Duane and Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa A. Balum of Philipsburg and Edward E. Yarger (Bobbi) of Philipsburg; his grandchildren, Danielle Siegfried (Patrick), Joshua E. Balum, Erika Townsend (Tim) and Jawna Robinson; and his great grandchildren, Haydn, Avery Townsend and Hannah Robinson.
