Hemphill (Hampton) of Osceola Mills; his siblings, Rosalie Kephart (Mark) of Houtzdale, Wanda Phillips (Pastor Joseph Phillips) of Osceola Mills and Thomas W. Hemphill (Beth) of West Decatur; his nieces, Amanda Swatsworth (Todd), Naomi Bodle (Jason), Misty Breshears, Chanel Breshears, Leya Mitchell (Cliff) and Shyanne Hemphill; and his nephew Raymond.
