He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Haag and Stella Haag (Bailey); his daughter Daisey Lynn Haag; his brother Francis J. Haag; his father-in-law Charles L. Hazel, Sr.; and his wife Esther.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Elzina L. Hazel (Bennett) of Sandy Ridge.
