She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Elwood and Lucy Jane Kephart (Adams). She is survived by: her daughter Mary Anne Unick of State College; and her siblings, Elwood L. "Woody" Kephart of Twentynine Palms, CA and Linda S. Demko of Osceola Mills.
