He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair Lockett and Olive Lockett (Fetzer); his wife Tressa M. Lockett (Concel); his siblings, Permella Bunnell and Blair Lockett; and his daughter-in-law Darlene N. Lockett (Roberts).
He is survived by: his children, Catherine M. Smith (Richard) of Prince Frederick, MD, Pamela M. Mathson (Craig) of Grand Forks, ND, Elizabeth A. Lockett (Steve Bumbarger) of Hawk Run, PA, Charlene E. Thompson (Rick) of Brockport, PA and Charles E. Lockett Jr. of Osceola Mills, PA; his sisters, Ruby McKay of Rural Philipsburg, PA and Connie Passmore of Olanta, PA; his grandchildren, Rebecca LaBrie, Jennifer Smith, Blair Hawk, Daniel Hawk, Jessica Holtz, Ashley Collins, Cassandra Kanouff, Colleen Mulhollan, Miranda Lockett, Hannah Lockett, Alexa Lockett and Jorja Lockett; and his close friend Christine Showers of Philipsburg, PA.. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
