We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Carol Ruden of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Madera, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shoff and Bernice Shoff (Thompson). She is survived by: her daughter Kelly R. Bell; her grandchildren, Marlena B. Hanley (Brett) and Chase A. Capatch (Miranda D. Burmeister); her great grandchildren, Palmer and Skylynn Hanley; and her brothers, Wesley "Wes" Shoff (Bethany) and Robert "Bob" Shoff (Louise). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Carol's memory to the American Cancer Society.
