He was predeceased by: his parents, George Demchak and Mary Demchak (Lucak); his siblings, Christine Demchak, George, John, Joseph, Theodore, Eugene, Stephen, Mike and Sam Demchak; his niece Terri Demchak; and his nephews, Terry Carl Hickman, James Demchak, Mark Demchak and John Demchak.
He is survived by: his sister Suzanna Demchak of Mechanicsburg; and his sisters-in-law, Monty Demchak of Cleveland and Renee Johnstonbaugh of Hawk Run.
