He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Mary Clark (Kelce); his former wife Joyce A. Erikson; his son Terry L. Clark, Sr.; his siblings, Margie Clark, Peggy Hollabaugh, Janette Majewsky, Joyce Dale, Eli "Billy", Thomas and Kenneth Clark; and his stepbrother Max Elmer Reardon.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Ann Clark of Houtzdale; his grandchildren, Terry L., Jessica, Samantha and Alan; and his siblings, Elsie Josephson of Philipsburg, Bonnie Veliky (Richard) of West Decatur and Raymond Clark (Ruby) of Philipsburg. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
