She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Kadash and Mary Kadash (Smiley); and her sisters, Margaret Jean "Peggy" Burchill and Eleanor. She is survived by: her children, Linda L. Mayhew of Clearfield, Patricia A. Dixon (Calvin), Philipsburg, Gina R. Grundusky (Bernie) of Mechanicsburg and Kevin J. Butterworth (Candace Brown) of South Daytona, Fla.; and her sister Mary Lou Schnarrs (Duane). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
