He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemary T. Wasylenko (Carroll). He is survived by: his father William J. Wasylenko; his sisters, Lisa Bernardes (Victor) and Erica Peterson (Brian); his close friend Donna Schlueter; and his nieces and nephews, Angelina, Victor, Cassidy, Marcus, Jacob, Jordyn, Tegan and Kieran. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
