He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Gussie (Perry); his siblings, Daniel (Stanley), Herbert, Davy, Kenneth, Bernie, Geraldine (Geri), Connie and Doris; his sons, Billy Jr. and David; his uncle Reverend Johnnie L. Roberson; his nephew Bruce Beverly; and his grandchild Jerry Jr..
He is survived by: his close friends, Billie "Mac" and Billy "Mac" (Hank); his nephews, Bernie and Rodney; his brother Kenny; his nephew Gregory; his brother-in-law Everett; his close friend Lee; his child Parkinson; his wife Carol; his sisters, Eleanor Jean Hill (Alfred) and Vera Starling; his children, John H. Roberts, Sr. (Adele), Eugene Brown (Shereena), Vance Scott, Jon St, Glan, Corey Roberts, Lois Roberts, Edee Culbreth and C. Renae White; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Dana, Terri, Billy Jr. 3rd, Curtis, Connie, Cydney, Cayden, Namin, Kniyeah, Brandon, Tameka, Nicole and Gloria (Pebbles). He is also survived by his children, siblings, nephews, nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Corinthian Baptist Church (6113 N 21st St, Philadelphia, PA 19138). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
At first, she couldn't comprehend what he was saying because he had Parkinson, but after talking to spiritual beings she came to understand that what he was saying was that God has absolved him of all his sins.
