He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Michael Etzl and Helen Etzl. He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Michael M. Etzl, Jr., Helen Theresa Roseburgh "Terry" (Robert) and Richard Etzl (Beth); his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Erin and Adam; and his great-niece Emma.
