She was predeceased by: her parents, Prince Allen and Naomi McNeill. She is survived by: her children, Brian McNeill, Wayne McNeill and Pamela Jackson; and her sister Elizabeth Issac. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alfonso Cannon Funeral Chapels, Inc. (2315-19 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19132). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Peace Cemetery (3101 W Lehigh Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19132).
