He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Webster; and his brother George Webster. He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. Webster, Jr. (Karen) and Stacey McFadden (Mike); his grandchildren, Meghan and Michael; and his brother David Webster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers family prefers contributions to St. Katherine of Siena church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Phila., Pa 19114.
