He was predeceased by: his wife Regina (Jeannie Witulski); his parents, Joseph and Laura; and his brother Joseph (Patricia). He is survived by: his daughter Donna Kotyk (John); his grandsons, John and Jason; his son Thomas Jr. (Maureen); his grandchildren, Debbie, Thomas III, Michael, Giana, Dominic and Sophia; his son Steven (Patty O'Donovan); his grandson Steven Jr.; his daughter Linda DiNapoli (Mike); his grandsons, Michael Jr. and MichaeI; his daughter Diane Raspanti (Joe); and his granddaughters, Danielle, Ashley and Rachel.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM and on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Rogers Funeral Home (1426 S 3rd St #30, Philadelphia, PA 19147). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (1404 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19147).
