He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Loughran and Evelyn J. Loughran; and his brother Bernard Loughran (Joan). He is survived by: his spouse Sema Loughran; his children, Nicole M. Loughran-Aroshas (Yaron "Ronny") and Thomas D. Loughran II (Liliya); his grandchildren, Ethan B., Liam A., Lola N. Aroshas, Victoria A. and Mila A. Loughran; and his sister Eileen Love. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (234 Hermitage St, Philadelphia, PA 19127). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the George Washington Memorial Park (80 Stenton Ave, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462).
