He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Fedorchak Jr., Arlene M. Cibula Fedorchak and Gaetano DeBlasio. He is survived by: his parents, June Fedorchak DeBlasio of Landing, NJ and Thomas J. DeBlasio; his stepmother Candice of Waymart; his sister Heather "Lil'Mommy" Inman; his brother-in-law Shane Inman of Somerset, NJ; his brother Zachary; his nephew Shane Carter; his niece Ella Inman; his grandmother JoanAnn Payne DeBlasio of Tinton Falls, NJ; and his aunts and uncles, Joy Fedorchak Diamond (Stanley Diamond), Amy Conforti, Lynn (Russell Posyton), Jill Fedorchak and Christine Errico.
