He is survived by: the mother of his children Joy Fleming; his daughters, Bridgette Foss (Brian) and Sarah Fleming; his granddaughter Molly Mae Foss; his parents, Joseph Fleming and Nancy Fleming; and his siblings, Kellie Fleming (Joe Moule), Michael Fleming and Jack Fleming (Lauren).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Martha Church (11301 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Thomas's name to the FOP Survivor's Fund.
