With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thimi William Pappas (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 5, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Pappas (Vasil) and Aleksandra Pappas (Leco); his wife Donna; his children, Nicole Pappas (Ferrara), Timothy (Laura) and Daniel (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Michael, Alexandra, Miles, Max, Lucy and Gabriel.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Chrysostom Albanian Orthodox Church (237 N 17th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Fernwood Cemetery (6501 E Baltimore Ave, Lansdowne, PA 19050).
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made to St. John's Chrysostom Albanian Orthodox Church.
