Though Theresa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Theresa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenic Guglielmi and Connie Guglielmi. She is survived by: her sister Carol O'Brien (John); and her great-nephew Ward Wright. She is also survived by her beloved Uncle, Aunt, cousins and cherished friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Jerome Church (8100 Colfax St, Philadelphia, PA 19136). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
