With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sylvia Fratto (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis. She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis DeCarlo (Richard); her grandchildren, Richard Jr. DeCarlo (Vanessa) and Carla Julia (Joe); her great grandchildren, Joei (Tommy), Gemma, Sophia, Angilina, Brielle and Rebecca; her great great grandchild Harper Grace; and her sister Anna Manfredi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Annunciation B. V. M. Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
