She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecilia Jeblonski and Dominic Jeblonski; her brother Dominick E. Jeblonski; her son Michael; her grandson Mark Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Reeves.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph D. Carneglia; her son Mark (Maria); and her goddaughter Laura Corcoran. She is also survived by cousins, countless friends, neighbors.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in her honor be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
