He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McGranaghan and Eileen McGranaghan. He is survived by: his brother Christopher McGranaghan (Danielle Cook). He is also survived by his many cousins, aunts, uncles.
A reception will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. (6711 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19135). A prayer will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
