He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diana Rizzo; his children, Samuel Joseph Rizzo (Riana) and Justine Rizzo; his grandchildren, Samuel Stephen Rizzo and Alessandra Rizzo; and his siblings, Mary Gonet (late Greg), Joe Rizzo (Patricia) and John Rizzo (late Maureen).

Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 9:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Christopher Church (13301 Proctor Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19116-3716). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
