He is survived by: his parents, John French and Rhoda Walker French; his spouse Jennifer Kelley Brennan; his sons, Roberts Walker French Jr. and Barry Hall French; and his siblings, Mary Corbet Moore of Cheyenne and John French of New York City. He is also survived by his wife, his sons and their spouses (Nancy Farwell French and Karen Foster French), and four grandchildren.
