He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Lynn Blake (Michael Blake); his siblings, Johanna Mangam, Diane Kitz (Joseph Kitz) and Joseph Seamans; his brother-in-law Dennis Turner; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Mason Blake; and his aunt Thelma. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
