He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his children, Kelly Dunning (Matt), Cynthia Smith (Evan Welsh) and Scott Smith (Kirsten Landreth); his grandchildren, Tyler (Sara), Gabby Dunning, Alex and Anna Welsh; and his siblings, Anne Marie McMonagle (Jack), Barbara Ferry, Deidre Holland (Randy) and Richard Smith (Debi).
