He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Anne Gibbard; his wife Theresa Anne Welby; his children, Cheryl Laming, Amelia Hope Welby and Richard Jason Welby; and his sister Cathi Gris (Mike). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
