He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fenton and Margaret Fenton; his spouse Katheen Fenton; his daughter Jennifer; his siblings, Walter, Margaret, Patricia and Shirley; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy and Joey.
He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Mastrome; his children, Kathleen Layton (Chuck) and Richard Fenton (Sarah); his stepchildren, John Mastrome (Brett) and Jerry Miles (Jenna); his grandchildren, Chucky, Jamie, Justin, Jake, Jennifer, Ally and Jack; and his nieces and nephews, James, Kelly and Nicole.
