Higgins; his children, John Higgins (Kelsey) and Katherine Higgins; his siblings, Jack Higgins (Maureen), Charles Higgins (Gail), Nancy Wiler (William), Barbara Heinze (Tom), Joan Dunn (Joseph) and Patricia Humphries (William); and his pet Tucker.
