He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John P. and Kathryn Scott; and his godfather John J. McFadden. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis T. McFadden and Rita L. McFadden; his sister Kaitlyn E. McFadden; his grandparents, Eleanor J. McFadden and Ralph E. Scott; and his godmother Carol Roney. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations to Michael J. Fox Foundation P.O. Box 5014 Hagertown, MD 21741-5014 would be appreciated by the family.
