Patricia McDonough Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia McDonough of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Johnson and Josephine Jankauskas; and her siblings, John (Butchie), James (Jimmy), Marie Speel, Delores Slevin and Bonnie Fitzsimmons.
She is survived by: her significant other Bill McDonough; her sons, Billy (Wayne) and Michael (Erin); her grandchildren, Michael W, Delaney, Declan, Collin, Fiona and Owen; her sisters, Joann Kirst and Gerry Alessandrine; and her cousin Ray Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home, Inc. (1426 S 3rd St #30, Philadelphia, PA 19147).
