She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hazel and Mary Jane Hazel; her sisters, Kimberly Manning (Kevin Cariola) and Sandra Hazel; and her nephews, Connor and Tyler Manning.
She is survived by: her pets, Maverick and Goose. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Cats Bridge to Rescue, 2820 Old Lincoln Hwy #4, Trevose, PA 19053 in Monica's memory would be appreciated.
